If a student in school receives a 100% on an assignment, that means that the student got every single question right. If a business gets a 100% on a customer survey, that means that they, too, got everything right according to their customers’ expectations.
University Self Storage in Sarasota, Florida, received the Women’s Choice Award® given out by WomenCertified ®. The award was based on a customer satisfaction survey recently conducted by WomenCertified using the University Self Storage’s customer database. And ultimately, they got 100% on the survey.
In the survey sent to female-only customers, all of the respondents said that they would definitely recommend University Self Storage to their family and friends. The survey covered several areas including the overall sales experience.
