Looking for a good deal for increasing your self storage portfolio? Look no further. Bancap Self Storage Group, Inc., in California, has a great deal for you.

They recently announced the sale of two self storage facilities in the San Francisco East Bay Area. Those properties are Coliseum Self Storage and Concord Self Storage.

The Coliseum Self Storage is a single level building with over 600 units with over 19 different sizes from which to choose. It sits on 3 acres of land. It has 24-hour digitally recorded video surveillance cameras, a key-coded electronic gate access system, and each unit has an individual door alarm. They offer complimentary hand trucks and push carts for their customers. The office and yard are open 7 days a week.  It is located on the east side of the Nimitz Freeway and northwest of the Oracle Arena and McAfee Coliseum in Oakland.

The Concord Self Storage facility is a huge single story facility that sits on 8.7 acres of land. It has over 1,300 units in over 155,000 net rentable square feet. The security is similar to the one at the Coliseum facility: 24-hourdigitally recorded video surveillance, passcode controlled electronic gate, and alarms on individual units. Both facilities are also well lit at night. This facility has a gross potential income of over $2.5 million per year.

The Concord facility has an exceptionally good visibility to the public. It is along nearly one-half mile of the 242 Freeway. Anybody traveling along that stretch of the freeway is sure to see the facility.

“This offering represents a unique opportunity to purchase two desirable properties with a huge gross potential income of over $3.6 million per year,” said Dean Keller, President of Bancap Self Storage Group.

These two properties are being sold together as a package deal.  They are being offered for $34 million. They are listed exclusively with Bancap.

Bancap Self Storage Group, Inc., has been in business for over 28 years.  They used to provide a full range of services but now specialize exclusively in the brokerage of self storage properties throughout California. Their sales transactions have ranged from under $500,000 to over $75 million and from properties with only 200 individual units to large, multi-property portfolios. They have been rated as the number one self storage broker in California.
