This system sends balances, tenant names, and phone numbers from the management software to the call system. It posts real time stamped notes following each call that is made and explains the results of the call.
In the second quarter of 2012, you can send non-collection messages such as thank you messages, reservation notification, and even a birthday message to your tenants.
