Loosely translated that means if you are going to do something you might as well go all out ad leave nothing in reserve. While the saying is a great one in the sports world the same could also be said in the self storage industry. After watching the self storage industry perform consistently well in recent years more and more investors have learned that putting your money in to self storage is a pretty...

Severe weather battered the Plains and Midwest in June. These thunderstorms pounded Minnesota with rain. At one point, 170 airplane flights were canceled due to the heavy rains and tornado-like winds. The week of June 20th brought seven significant tornado activities – and all of this rain is affecting Johnson’s Mini-Storage in Brainerd, Minnesota. Two things have threatened the storage facility’s ability to stay on dry ground. One is the fact that Kevin Wernberg, the city engineer and office manager, studied the situation and discovered...

He teaches them how to use the product and gives them the red-carpet-customer-relations treatment to ensure they have a good experience with SpareFoot. He has worked for SpareFoot for just a little over a year. That...
