David joined Extra Space Storage after a graduating with a degree in finance and returning for an MBA from the University of Utah. Starting in 2004, he enjoyed watching the company announce going public and a rocketing growth over the next ten years. He has held roles as Operations Analyst, Operations Reporting/Budgeting, Revenue Manager, District Manager over properties in Utah, Central Valley CA, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Recently he accepted his current position as Director of Operations enjoying using his experiences to bridge the corporate and field communication gap.

Outside the office, he enjoys competitive running, fly fishing the amazing rivers of Utah and spending time with his family.
